Scope
This policy applies to all websites operated by Takyros under the same data controller: takyros.com and sites.takyros.com.
Contact form
Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a commercial relationship is established, to manage it.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) when submitting the form, and contractual necessity (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) when a commercial relationship is formalised. Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
Data processors for the contact form:
- Resend, Inc. — email delivery provider on takyros.com.
- Formspree, Inc. — form provider on sites.takyros.com.
Both providers process data with adequate safeguards for transfers outside the EU/EEA.
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the requested service, or until deletion is requested. Where a contractual relationship exists, until applicable statutory periods expire.
